District 1Justin Lamb is a lifelong resident of Marshall County and grew up in the Olive community. For nearly ten years, Justin served as Administrative Assistant in the County Judge/Executive’s office under the late Judge/Executive Mike Miller. Prior to his election as District 1 Commissioner, Justin served on the Benton City Council and was chosen among his peers as Mayor Pro-Tempore for the city of Benton.
Justin attended Marshall County High School and is a graduate of Murray State University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. An avid local historian, Justin is the author of a weekly local history column and host of a local oral history program for Mediacom. Justin is married to the former Lexie Cope of Hardin and they have three children: their nephew Christopher Thompson, son Gentry Thomas Lamb, and daughter Halle Lucille Lamb. Justin and his family are active members of Olive United Methodist Church and volunteer regularly at Marcella’s Kitchen in Benton.
